Il Mulino delle Fontanacce
Beautifull mill built by "Conte Ugolino della Gherardesca" in 1829. Changed into a farmhouse in the '50 is located in the characteristic country surrounding "La Sassa" rural community, few minutes far from the beautiful Etruscan coast. "Sterza" river flows at a side of this enchanting old house, enriched by the presence of a big swimming pool and a pinewood.

| The mill |
The Mill is inside a rustic mediterranean pinewood park; about 100 mt from the house there is a 6x12 mt swimming pool with a private changing room, an external shower and a beautifull "loggiato".

The Villa has a spacious living room with a fire-place, a kitchen, a billiard table room, two spacious double bedrooms with the possibility to place a third bed, two bathrooms with shower. Furnishings are all antique trade.

Water and electric power is our charge, instead for heating you pay what you use. Blankets is our expense and we change each saturday.
We ask a deposit of Euro 300.
